These E-AC-3 files are 2 streams extracted from the same mpeg-ts file. Both
streams use spectral extension. One is 5.1-channel, and the other is stereo.
They are currently the only non-mono samples we have which use SPX. There will
likely be more samples available soon though, as it has been reported that some
French TV broadcasters will start using this encoding option.

The current E-AC-3 decoder cannot handle spectral extension. There is a patch
available to make it at least decodable, but the audio has some audible defects
that are not supposed to be there. The accompanying FLAC files are decoded
output from the Nero E-AC-3 decoder which do not have the same defects.
