HuffYUV sample files

All samples are 200x150, 42 frames, 6 fps.
Created with VirtualDub build 13720/release.
HuffYUV version used is 2.1.1 for new files, and 1.2.3/1.3.1 for old ones
(both version produce the same output).

yuv_v1.avi:
 compressed with version 1.x, uses decoder huffman tables

yuv_predleft.avi:
 compressed with left prediction method, huffman tables stored in file

yuv_predgrad.avi:
 compressed with gradient prediction method, huffman tables stored in file

yuv_predmed.avi:
 compressed with left prediction method, huffman tables stored in file

rgb_v1.avi:
 compressed with version 1.x, uses decoder huffman tables

rgb_predleftnodecorr.avi:
 compressed with left prediction method, no decorrelation, huffman tables
 stored in file

rgb_predleft.avi:
 compressed with left prediction method, with decorrelation, huffman tables
 stored in file

rgb_predgrad.avi:
 compressed with gradient prediction method, with decorrelation, huffman
 tables stored in file
