When converting this file the resulting video stream is solid green. Build
infomation is in the call. You can see the pixel format conversion not
handled.

Please let me know if this is a bug or just me not understanding how to
convert this type of file.

Compiler did not align stack variables. Libavcodec has been miscompiled
and may be very slow or crash. This is not a bug in libavcodec,
