These files comes from the PlayStation 2 game "NHL Hitz 20-02". They have
the video FourCC MVDV, which is probably related to MV43, also created
by programmers at the same game development house.

The audio in the files is probably the same ADPCM format frequently used in
Sony PlayStation 2 games.
