It seems that the asf demuxer has changed recently (the lavf version).  There are now two problems.  First, the fps 
isn't being detected correctly (it should be detected as 29.97 fps).  Second, since the asf demuxer 
changes a week ago the AC arn't in sync.  The should will start right away, but the video stays on
the first frame for roughly the first second.
