These samples are from channels that always reported that Spatial Direct mode is not supported. 

However, the problem is still present even using the latest SVN with Loren's implementation.

Channels such as DigitAlb HD-1 and HD-2 show slight stuttering, whilst channels such as Canal + HD Film, the history channel and the French HD bouquet show extreme artifacting.
