Hi,

When trying to decode the stream h264_decoding_problem.ts with ffplay or
mplayer, compiled with the latest ffmpeg and libavcodec (15-Dec-07),
the video was very jittery and had lots of artifacts.

But using the CoreAVC core codec, there was no problem decoding the
same TS.
