FFmpeg is unable to decode the video stream, audio is ok.

FFmpeg/FFplay produces the following message when trying to decode the
video: [h264 @ 0x1839e00]no frame!.

QuickTime Player 7.6.2 on Mac OS X 10.5.7 is able to play both audio
and video.

No idea about what encoder was used to produce the file.
