Technologies' video codec. The files gameoverp01s03.4xm,
TimeGatep01s01n01a02_2.4xm, and messenger-title.4xm come from the PC game
"The Messenger".

The aitd-*.4xm files come from the Sega Dreamcast game "Alone In The
Dark: The New Nightmare".

4xm_sdk.dll is a Win32 DLL for playing 4xm files. "4X Movie eng.pdf" 
describes how to use the DLL API.

4XMovieNET.exe is a self-extracting Win32 archive that contains 4X Movie 
utilities.
