N bytes  stream type-specific header

audio steram header:
2 bytes  samplerate
1 bytes  bits/sample

4 bytes  format fourcc

video stream header:
4 bytes unknown
2 bytes  width
2 bytes  height
4 bytes  format fourcc

data chunks:
4 bytes  type fourcc 'sndD' or 'vidD'
4 bytes unknown  (PTS ?)
4 bytes size -> N
N bytes data
