video.bits is an MP@ML bitstream created for the Video Conformance Testing AHG,
for the "Prediction Bandwidth" test. 

Parameters are the following:

Bitstream ID:   1.
Description:    Frame Coded Picture, B-directional macroblock
                predictions in field mode.
Stresses:       Prediction bandwidth.
Justification:  Field MB predictions in frame pictures have the
                largest prediction bandwidth overhead.
Parameters:     Main Level, 4 frames
Organizations:  TI, GI (Cross-check).

Bit rate:               15 Mbit/sec 
Sampling dimensions:    720  x 480 x 30 Hz 

Bitstream file             :  video.bits
Reconstructed frames*      :  picture.data
picture structure          :  I P B B (frame-structure)

        *frame format:

                4:2:0 frame ("display" order) 8 bit
