This is what I added in my codecs.conf:

videocodec sp6x
  info "SP6x codec"
  status working
  fourcc SP61
  driver vfw
  dll "sp6x_32.dll"
  out BGR24 flip

mplayer crashed after decoding the first frame of test2.avi.

test2.avi's video track is in the SP61 format, and the audio track
is pcm.

SP61 is produced by my webcam, a Hama USB sightcam 100, build on the
Sunplus spca508 chip.
