With FFmpeg r12447, encoding with
ffmpeg -i top_gun_cut.mkv -vcodec mpeg2video -acodec ac3 -ab 192k -f dvd top_gun_cut_enc.vob
gives audio out of sync\jumpy video when playing back using VLC and Media Player Classic (using FFdshow).
