Got a crash while playing this stream:

rtsp://real.cbsig.net/g2demand/entertainment/mini/lateshow/highlights/2004/05/20040506.rm

The first megabyte of that stream is uploaded as 20040506.rm (grabbed
using -dumpstream).

This is my first bug report for mplayer, hopefully I've included all
the necessary information!
