vsr files, plays with program Video Server S

The .vsr. file format is a file backup format that is proprietary to a company that makes a product line called CPcam. They have a US office in CA, and their web site is at www.cpcamcctv.ca. 

The file format can be played back with their proprietary player, called .Video Server Player S.. Note that this is an prior version of their product. The newest player is called .Video Server Player E., but is not backward compatible - it will not play the VSR format!

Then look to the bottom of the list and select the file 
Video Web Server for CPD500W, STL780W. This is the Video Server S, which included the Video Server Player S.
